This young group consisted of Mr. Richard Roy, and the five first franchisee merchants, which relies on an innovative merchandising to succeed. Month after month, Stereo Plus suggested unique events: 13 hours Sale, 13-months without interest, Midnight Madness, electronic manufacturers’ liquidation, etc. Furthermore, in 1990, Stereo Plus became the principal sponsor of Celine Dion’s Unison Tour.

This way of doing business became so accepted that soon merchants from all area of Quebec joined the group. Later on, even merchants from Ontario, New-Brunswick, Nova Scotia and British Columbia adhered to Stereo Plus.
