In-store payment method
To facilitate your in-store transactions, we accept Interac, VISA, MasterCard and Accord D cards (upon approval by Desjardins credit department). You can also pay by using your Stereo Plus gift card.
The best price guaranteed!
Stereo Plus guarantees that our prices will be equal to or be lower than our competitors. If you find a lower price within seven (7) days of your purchase at Stereo Plus or you find an identical product, advertised at a lower price, with the same purchasing conditions as ours in the same region as us and at another authorized dealer who has the item in stock, we will reimburse you the difference on a gift card!
Please note that the best-price-guaranteed policy does not apply to limited-quantity products, to limited offers (ex.: Boxing Day, 24 hour sales or other similar events), to clearances, end of the line products, mail-in rebates and online purchases.
You’ve changed your mind…
Stereo Plus allows fifteen (15) days following the purchase of items bought at Stereo Plus (see details and conditions in-store) to be exchanged for another of equal or greater value. The equipment must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with all its contents to the store where it was purchased. For an item of greater value, the difference in price must be paid.
Customer service procedure
Stereo Plus gives after-sales service to all customers from other Stereo Plus stores, if the product is under warranty or not and on or without the Protection Plus service plan, if a product was selected by the group when purchased.
All customers who come to a Stereo Plus store for item repairs under warranty must supply the original purchase invoice.
Website error correction
